Two staff members were flat out busy, they were friendly, approachable and still managed to get out all the orders with a smile on their face.

Rice bowls are yumm and very filling.

Terrible experience. The chicken was oversized, greasy, and nothing like the real KFC. Instead of being crispy and flavorful, it was soft, soggy, and tasted like old oil. It didn’t resemble authentic KFC at all — more like a poor imitation. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Response from the owner

Hi Jaqueline, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry the food didn't meet your expectations on this visit. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future to deliver the great tasting food we aim for.

KFC in general has gotten pretty bad, I can't blame the staff here as I'm sure they are just following the guidelines.

The food it just not nice anymore, and that is consistent across any KFC I have been to in Ireland recently. Pricing is pretty bad considering the quality of food served.

Don't buy a Krushems milkshake from here either. They are using long life milk not fresh. It's all you can taste. Don't know if this is a nationwide recipe change or just this branch, but don't remember the last one I purchased using long life milk.

SuperMacs blows KFC out of the water, won't bother with any of these franchises again in future.

Response from the owner

Thank you for your feedback, Chris. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with KFC hasn't met your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the quality of food and the use of long-life milk in our Krushems. Your feedback is invaluable, and we'll make sure to pass it along to our team for review. We hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future.
